•  1.     CDI's UV coater only uses Chem Craft finishes that are UV cured.  Allowing you to eliminate excessive dry times and thus create faster turn around time.
•  2.     This UV product is also 100% solids and contained in a vacuum eliminating overspray and loss of product.  We are 100% transfer efficient in the process and environmental safe with our only bi-product being Ozone 2, which is used to create oxygen.
•  3.     Our stain line is also environmentally safe since water based stains are the only type we run through this process.
•  4.     Our coaters can run anywhere from 60-90 lineal feet per minute.
•  5.     We have a 3 headed profile sander which sands in between our coats with 220 grit flex sand paper giving use greater consistency.
•  6.     With this tchnology we are able to apply only 2 coats of finish to get exceptional adhesion and a smooth touch finish.
•  7.     The coaters and stain line coat all 4 sides of the product ran.
•  8.     All products are nickel tested during the process to assure quality control.
•  9.     CDI can package in any form for customer needs with the standard being shrink wraped with good side to god side 4 thick on 3/4" material.
