Price List Descriptions:

Economy Grade:  Includes 1 base coat of customer specific sheen, 220 grit sand between coats and 1 final top coat.  Approx: 3 Mil cured finish 4 sides.

Economy Stain Grade:  Includes 1 pass through stain line to match customer approved sample and then 1 base coat of customer specific sheen, 220 grit sand between coats and 1 final top coat.  Approx: 3 Mil cured finish 4 sides.

Standard Grade:  Includes 2 passes through wide belt sander w/ grit depending on wood species and sample match.  Typical includes 1^st w/ 100 grit and 2^nd w/ 120 grit and then 1 base coat of customer specific sheen, 220 grit sand between coats and 1 final top coat.  Approx: 3 Mil cured finish 4 sides.

Custom Grade:   Includes 2 passes through wide belt sander w/ grit depending on wood species and sample match.  Typical includes 1^st w/ 100 grit and 2^nd w/ 120 grit, then DA or hand sand to complete process, and finally 1 base coat of customer specific sheen, 220 grit sand between coats and 1 final top coat.  Approx: 3 Mil cured finish 4 sides.

Note:  CDI has to make a set of templates for the stain line as well as the UV coater for all custom profiles.  This is a one time cost and we also have Approximately 50 current templates to cross reference.  This cost will be additional to price as well as custom packaging and shipping if applicable.

Template Charges for custom profiles not in CDI's library are 45.00$ per template.  Cost for templates over 5000 lineal feet will be waved.
